I'm having a serious problem with my game. I've reported it to a GM three times. He fixes it, the problem comes back the next day. What is happening is, when I log in I get disconnected immediatly. I log back in, and every one is showing up as Unknown Entity, or if their name does show up it does show their guild tag. Also I cannot talk in /s /p or /g. I'm really getting tired of this, because it's almost unplayable. Anything I could do to prevent this from happening again?

To my knowledge, this particular communication failure is most often caused by outdated network drivers, or a firewall/router issue. Game Masters probably won't be able to assist you in this matter. I'd suggest contacting our Technical Support team by emailing wowtech@blizzard.com, or calling (949) 955-1382.
