	If you're referring to talent points, you can access the appropriate menu by pressing the "N" key on your keyboard, or opening up the talent tab towards the bottom of the screen. If you're referring to points such as strength, intelligence, spirit, etc.. (which seems to be the case), the answer is no. You are awarded a specific amount upon level.
