Just a few quick questions - quick answers will still be appreciated. The players love to know that they are at least acknowledged.
Are there going to be any additional special rulesets or systems in place? More GMs than normal? For example, will there be much policing of rp behavior?
Are you planning on releasing only one PvP-RP realm, or have several to release, or several at standby if the first fills?
And the last, major question - what's going on with them? Any sort of word would be appreciated, even if you put a huge disclaimer saying "THIS COULD BE CHANGED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT WARNING", only to let us know what's happening. Many of us have an increased amount of time in the summer, and waiting is not something we want to spend it doing. Possible responses could include:
a) Its not going to happen this month. There are too many bugs in game with the last patch for the server to be a priority.
b) It is in the finishing stages of completion and should be released within the month. This is not a definite number, and may be subject to change.
c) We are experiencing great difficulty in the infrastructure of the servers and have no short-term expectations of completion.
Just some indication would be appreciated, even if its only tentative. Yes, players will complain if it changes, but 90% of posts are complaining anyways..

Guys, I know you want information on the new PvP-RP realms and I wish it was available for me to provide. I will tell you that the current plan is to have it ready around the time we release the next content patch. As soon as we know more, so will you. We're as excited as you are, I plan to create a couple of alliance characters.
