Q u o t e:
Edit: The following is a joke. If this isn't clear, please seek professional help.

8:30 AM: Go to meeting with developers. Developers report that all classes are balanced and working as intended. CM reports that respectfully the player base feels diffrently. Developers laugh and force CM to dance for their amusement.

I have done that dance.

Thanks for the great post, Chesera. :)

Here's a slightly more accurate (and mildly irreverent) look at my average day. This is more or less true...

10:50 AM: Come into work, grab a soda, fire up eMail, sift through mountains of correspondence..

11:00 AM: Log into the forums. Take care of any posts that need immediate quashing. Read through the hot topics of the morn.

11:45 AM: Recommend ordering lunch to Tyren and Ordinn.

12:30 PM: Jot down questions for the developers from the forum and send them out in preparation for the mass return from lunch hour.

1:00 PM: Sort out precisely where we're ordering lunch from.

1:45 PM: Level my shaman.

2:20 PM: Prowl through the halls of the developers, seeking answers from those who have yet to respond. Keep eyes and ears open for new and interesting tidbits on the way.

2:50 PM: Order lunch.

3:00 PM: Greet Eyonix/Fangtooth.

3:04 PM: Throw something at Eyonix/Fangtooth.

3:30 PM: Eat lunch.

4:00 PM: Sift through fan site correspondence, send out any eMails to community.

4:25 PM: Have a casual chat with Tigole or Kalgan about the game's present and future.

4:45 PM: Return to forum focus, reading through the topics of the afternoon crowd and responding where I can.

5:00 PM: Send out any questions of the evening for the developers.

5:30 PM: Level my hunter.

6:00 PM: Forum focus almost exclusively, reading through slightly less critical topics I may have glanced at earlier.

8:00 PM: Note that I'm off work, continue to read forums, fire up the game.

9:00 PM: End up in a raid on my Druid, reading the forums all the while.

12:00 AM: Finally leave the office.

;)

Caydiem, could you please tell us what level hunter the hunter rep. has?

The Hunter community has been told in the past, and I've also explained why my Hunter is as it is in the past. I have no desire to rehash that subject again.

In other words, still under lv30.

:p

I started over, actually. I just couldn't get into the Dwarf for some reason. Since I'm not required to play a Hunter specifically and am not assigned to Hunters in any regard, I wasn't going to continue to play a character that I didn't enjoy. This is a game at the heart of it. That said, I do believe that playing a character gives you the best knowledge of the issues surrounding it; I wasn't going to give up just yet.

So I have a new Hunter that IS under level 30, yes, but only just. I'm going all the way with this one, hopefully. ;)

Q u o t e:
I heartily recommend, when you reach the appropriate levels, getting a turtle in Tanaris. Not an awesome pet, but very unique and rather cute. Of course, he can't dash...but who wants yet another frostsaber?

And what are you doing throwing things at Fangtooth. What is this, Final Fantasy Tactics?

My current pet is a blue wind serpent. Not the most powerful, I'm well aware, but I like the look and it serves me well.

I'm thinking of going with a gorilla eventually, simply since you don't see them around much and, well, I'd rather not go with the most powerful template. ;)
