That was two months ago. Eyes still open, news of the next patch shows zero fixes. When are these fabled changes coming?
Cay: "Hunters are now near the top of the list on the class team's list, set for a full, comprehensive review of their abilities. The class is basically going into the shop so that every aspect can be checked, changed if needed, and tuned up to make Hunters the best class they can be. "
Umm didn't you say that 2-3 months ago? I mean everytime the slightest thing comes up we get shoved into the closet again.
Come on, we've had most of these bugs since beta, AKA before launch. Warriors have had a huge overhaul and look, in the next patch are getting another. We can't even get movement bugs fixed. Hell we got new horrid looking armor, and no one on blizz's end bothered to check and see if the texture even worked right, making it breaststalker armor for all NE females. Come on here... every few months it's "Hunters will be looked into, just keep waiting" "Wait some more, keep your eyes on the horizon for changes... the very very very far horizon" We had a huge list of bugs and problems from the community that was asked for, and then never heard anything about any of the issues on that list. Please tell me, what vacant empty statement meant to shut up hunters will we get next? Let me guess "Hunters will get some nice new ability that makes sense, just keep waiting, someday... it may happen, really. Keep waiting, wait some more, have more patience."

As I've said on the Hunter forum, at the last developer meeting I attended (going over the plans for the next two or three patches), Hunters were prominently mentioned. The designers stated that their plan for this period of time is to give Hunters a comprehensive review, investigating the dead zone, ranged damage, talents, etc. This is in addition to the pet enhancements on their way. They're not some myth; they're coming, and coming fairly soon.
You folks want me to inform you of what's coming, and I have, according to what the developers tell me. But since specific timeframes are unavailable, such things can become muddled. What I can tell you is that the statement a few months ago was "This is what we plan to do with the class in time," whereas now it has become more "This is what we're tasked to do for the next few patches." It's more real, more solid, and closer than it was previously.
