WoW BlueTracker: tooltips not accurately displaying increase

	I recently respected away from shadow and I noticed the improved inner fire and fortitude only show the added benefits in my spellbook, but not on the tooltip when it's cast. is this a bug or working as intended?

	It's a display bug. The spells themselves add the appropriate amounts, but the tooltip may not show it. :) - Caydiem - Assistant Community Manager
