It sounds like it isn't the CMs' fault that some classes get next to no feedback. It would appear that it is the developers' fault for no providing no feedback for the CMs to give.
CMs, do you hate your co-workers? Don't worry the developers don't read the forums so they won't know your response.

No, I don't hate my co-workers.
While I know it may be hard for you to believe sometimes, everyone here wants to make and support a game that is fun for you to play and enjoy.
These people have been developing games for years. They know what they're doing; you trusted them to do so when you picked up that World of Warcraft box. You're still here partly because of those people. They don't come in every day, twirl their Snidely Whiplash-esque black mustaches, and plot whose day to ruin. They're intelligent, creative, and talented people working together to bring you the best game they can produce.
By all means, give us feedback -- they do listen. Just trust in them as you did once -- they know what they're doing, and they'll come through. :)

EnoYls is still here, as are Tigole and Kalgan... these people being the lead developers for World of Warcraft.
