Subject: Dear Caydiem
Since the topic "Why does Laughing Skull only have 1 51-60 Warsong Gulch server open?" seems to be off limits, maybe we can approach this a different way.

Since you seem to have confirmed that this is indeed working as intended, I would like to inquire about your reasons for this decision.

A simple "Why Blizzard thinks one 10 man CTF server 51-60 seems to be enough to accomodate the Laughing Skull community" is all I want.

Thanks.

It has been reported to the server team several times and, while they are monitoring it, they do not see any abnormalities.

I would like you to do the following:

Submit an in-game ticket about it and be as explicit as you can possibly be about the situation. Don't say "Warsong isn't working." Explain the situation with every bit of detail you possibly can.

Do the same in this thread.

Without that detail, they will attribute it to other user error problems, or impatience. I want to help you, but I need the information to do so.

Desina, please calm down. This isn't going to get your realm working again. You're understandably frustrated, and I wasn't directing that "Warsong isn't working" comment at you.

Please, in a civil and constructive manner, post precisely what's happening and how you've verified it, and I'll take it with me on a crusade, okay?

Q u o t e:
Tuesday, me and my guild started to play CTF. It was amazing, 15s-5 minute wait seconds in between games, there were 8+ servers up so everyone was getting in.

Wendesday, me and my guild started to play CTF. It was amazing, 15s-5 minute wait seconds in between games, there were 8+ servers up so everyone was getting in.

Thursday, there are 3-5 servers up, wait times are 2+ hours, no one except somebody who is able to sit at their computer all day is capable of getting into a CTF (not saying I am not one of those people). It is no longer even close to being possible to play with my guild.

Friday, we post, we get ignored, our post are deleated and locked. I continue browsing and I see a post about some server going down, and the first thing fangtooth asks is "Who else is having this problem?". Makes me think...wow...if only we go the same curtesy.

I could never send an in-game ticket as you said, because I had one open for 3 days over a bug where if you dropped engineering before you could not get it. Finally the GM contacts me, and when he asks if there is anything else he can help me with I tell him what happens. I tell him you told our entire server to send in-game tickets.

He tells me some of the most disapointing information ever. Caydiem just tell us now, as in the conversaion screenshots, are we only going to be getting this many servers, are going to be filled up by people less then 51 all the time. How can this be after 2 perfect initial days. My theory? You guys didn't realize how much CP a guild had the power to get. I had over 100k in 3 days. So you capped it off in a frantic attempt to stop it. You may not be aware of it, I dunno, but something just doesn't make sense. I would understand if it didn't work from the beginning, but not just breaking after two days.

Desina, I will tell you right now that your suspicion is 100% without a doubt false. It is not capped on other realms to my knowledge and there was no kneejerk reaction like you describe.

Desina, read what I wrote please. I said your suspicion -- that is, your theory on why it's happening -- is false. Do not read more into what I said than what I actually did say.

   Desina.

Do not continue to argue with me about this. You are taking everything I said out of context. I know you're upset, but I cannot help you if you continue along this path.

The "kneejerk" term was in response, again, to your theory -- as in the developers, according to your hypothesis, had a "kneejerk" response when they saw how much honor guilds were getting. A "kneejerk reaction" is a quick and often drastic change in response to a situation. That's what I was talking about. Please stop taking this all out of context to fuel your anger.

I am not a server technician. I cannot tell you the whys. I am requesting, again, that you do as I asked in my initial post. I cannot help you with this line of discussion.

Q u o t e:
Post was wrote as you wrote your post Caydiem, so it was not made clear to me yet.

I don't see how I can be any clearer.

Post, in detail, a precise description of what exactly is happening on your realm and how you've verified that this is a problem.
