We can conclude:
1. Fangtooth rolled a Horde character, as he did the new Horde quests.
2. It must be a mage, priest, or warlock as he refers to wand usage.
3. He said that he went back to the Hinterlands. This doesn't necessarily mean that his character is L41-47, but rather L41+
4. He never mentioned selling it, so he is probably using it, especially since he rolled a cloth caster. Warlocks generally tend to prefer stamina as one of their major traits (Dreadmist set reflects this). The robes are 25 INT/15 SPI. I'd say that this is a mage/priest item, though I could be wrong.
He also made this comment:

I'm going to take a gamble and assume you play a priest. The only Horde races that Priests can be are Troll and Undead. While more people play Undead (by far) than Trolls, I think Fangtooth somehow finds them cooler...I don't know. It's an inkling of mine.

He's an undead shadow priest on a pve server (like all other CMs). Last time that was establised, he was guessed to be around lvl 45.
Ordinn and Tyren are PvP players, actually, and Fangtooth is a good deal higher than 45.
