Anyone remember the discussion about weather in the game, and weather effects? It seems like this is one of those "good they forgotten about it" features the developers haven't implemented and probably never plan to right now.
Can anyone else think of features that were advertised or talked about but never showed up in the game?
(Battlegrounds and Hero classes excluded, we know they didn't make it -- but are coming soon).
After over 6 months of game play how do you all personally feel about the game? Was it all you hoped for or more/less??

How could I forget the discussion concerning the possibility of implementing weather effects in World of Warcraft, as I just had one in a thread on these boards a month or so, ago. :p
We still very much plan on adding this feature to the game at some point, Nicholas. However, as of right now, we're working on Battlegrounds, planning for a Hero system, finishing up two new instances, which include Blackwing Lair and Zul' Gurub, along with much much more. Hang in there, change takes time and we have quite a bit in store for each new patch.
