Many of the Swift Mounts have gained eye glows and some have had other tweaks made to them to improve their looks.
I've seen this in the patch notes and my heart jumped. Does this mean we will se the return of Epic White Raptors? Even if they have that armor I would very much like to have that white epic Raptor not those silly orange, purple, and turquoise ones. Black is saved for PvP I get it but return the white ones!

No. This means that the new mounts are getting very minor art updates with this patch; the old epic mounts are not returning.
