Subject: Racial abilities for classes
This was probably mentioned before a few times, but, if that bothers you, there's always the "Back" button.

Blizzard, it would be awfully nice if what you hinted at with Priests (Devouring Plague, Desperate Heal, etc) could be expanded upon. Adding race-specific class skills would, if executed correctly, add a good deal of depth to the game.

Choosing race/class combos would be more intuitive than "I like naked Night Elves" or "I hate the Orc starting area." If nothing else, it could help even out the horrid mass magenetism towards Night Elves/Undead, and give Trolls/Orcs/Gnomes a bit more representation.

It wouldn't be all that hard to implement. If it truly is so difficult to think up, here are some starters:

Orc Shaman - Bloodlust
Troll Shaman - Hex
Tauren Shaman - Spirit Link (think WC3 Spirit Walkers. Could be applied to help healers in instances by linking them to Tanks until aggro wears off)

Troll Warriors - Troll Regeneration (think Druid bear form Regen)
Dwarf Warriors - Avatar
Orc Warriors - Berserker Strength (Hit point/damage buff)
Tauren Warriors - Shockwave or Pulverise

etc, etc.

Comments, suggestions, flames welcome.

EDIT: I think I'll add suggestions as I see 'em.

It looks like I misread the post. I do not know of any plans to add new skills for each class depending on their race.
