We're told to direct our CM feedback to the wowcmfeedback@blizzard.com address.
Many players question the effectiveness of such e-mails, which I suspect is why we quite frequently see people disregard that method of communication.
Have any of the CMs ever been disciplined or reprimanded as a result of letters sent to this address?
I know you probably can't give specifics out for privacy reasons, but generalities shouldn't present the same problem, right?

I apologize, but the information you're asking for is confidential, and stays between the employee and his or her supervisor.
What I can tell you is that our supervisors do often speak about the letters they receive in that inbox and I know that they have written some very detailed eMails in response to some who have voiced their concerns.
