I realize that you need to put together the seal to enter into UBRS, but I cannot for the life of me figure out where you use it. I've honestly run UBRS about 10 times and have never seen any type of door or waited for someone to open anything. Where is this damn door? I don't plan on putting together a key because I'm lazy, but I'm just curious as to where this thing is used.

It's actually right after the first room. You may not see it open because nothing has to be "used" like with other actual keys. When the seal-bearer approaches the door, it opens automatically.
