Subject: Why Won't GMs Stop Bot Farmers? |

We have a bot farmer on Shadowsong. The user is Majaragha. The bot farms SM 24/7 and has my guild, along with several others, in his invite script list to clear his instances.. he's sending out hundreds of invites every 12 minutes.
He's been reported by dozens of people, several times each. We get the same cookie cutter response from the GMs telling us that they are looking into it, but no action is ever taken!
Blizzard, why don't you take a stance on cheaters and bot farmers? I hear strong talk from you, but when it's time to take action, your GMs are completely worthless and apathetic!
DO SOMETHING! Trash like Majaragha is ruining the integrity of the game!

We do. We've banned large groups of them, and we have GMs who are dedicated to finding and banning farmers.
If you suspect someone, please report them to a GM via an in-game ticket. Their accounts will be investigated.
