I mean Blizzard, how intelligent are you?
How do PvE servers work?
You must first /flag or engage in fighting to be able to take in damage....
Make an area effect around the Battle Grounds that ISNT PvP enabled.
"OMG WTFZ THEY CAN STILL KAMP AROUND IT"
Blizzard, make a 1-way flight path to the BG Enterence. Make it a considerable amount of flight, to make up for not just walking there. Make this flying master, INVULDRABLE, non-fighting.
FLAWS: Yes, people will be able to escape PvP battle by running into this area.. but overall, this WILL fix the problem without having to nerf mages

...you do realize you don't have to stand around the entrance to get into the Battleground itself once you're in queue, right? ;)
