Subject: %%All Community Managers. Is Posting Hard?%%<
This is just getting absurd. What are the community managers responsablitys? I thought one of the MAJOR things they are supposed be is represent a class.

Why are CM assigned more than one class? Why are people like enyoix taking care of shamans? He is the mage rep.

There should be one CM per class.

Heres my biggest gripe though.

WHY IS IT SO HARD TO TALK?!

Why the heck does it seem that they have to get approval to even speak?

Why is it so damn hard to once a week just check up on your dang class. If i worked 40 hours a week for blizzard, somehow, i think I could find the required two minutes to check up on my assigned class! Why hasnt the mage forum gotten a rep post in over two months? Why is the mage rep working on shamans?

Half the reps dont even understand their classes abilitys! Why are reps trying to understand alts, or even secondary alts abilitys?

There needs to be one CM per class, who activly play and enjoy said class, that talks to the class community on a weekly, nah, daliy basis.

What i would like to see is for example what the warlocks have been gettings for the past week.

They get a considerable amount of posts, per day. Not every damn one is exactly action packed, but at least they know THEY HAVE A REP!

Paladins are completly out of the loop. Shammys are stealing mage reps.

IF I CAN POST IN 3 FORUMS A DAY WHY CANT PEOPLE WHO ARE GETTING PAYED TO DO SO POST IN ONE?!

Im just completly confused. Why is posting something, ANYTHING so damn hard?

I used to play planetside. We had a community rep named sporkfire. He lived on the forums, you got tons of posts and info from him. Not every damn post was full of top secret plans, but he was THERE and you knew he was THERE.

Why do half the classes feel abandon, and why are the other half stealing the first halfs reps?

Im completly frustrated blizzard. Why is it so hard to post? Do you scream binary at your servers and once a month or greater it accepts it and posts your words?

Im just completly purplexed why the bloody hell it seems impossible to take 5 minutes out of a 24 hour day and post. Why. Why. Bloody why.

Oh, one more thing, how come the devs never say anything directly? Are they locked in a room with nothing but coffee? And yet they still cant seem to internally test things and catch simple things?

Community Managers do not represent individual classes, Vaberus. We represent the game as a whole. For purposes of internal efficiency, one of us is often tasked to focus on a very specific aspect of the game, such as Warlocks, Battlegrounds, the Coming Soon page, etc...

This is not to say that once we focus on an area, we're the representative for that specific thing. I'm sorry if any of our messaging has caused you confusion on this matter. We will provide details on a given subject when information becomes available.
