Both of these issues are being looked into as noted on my Warlock List sticky thread, Deallean. Changes take time, and while I realize that patience for some may be running thin, there is nothing that I can do to speed up the process at which class adjustments are made. Keep in mind, this is most certainly not the last patch, and more importantly as it applies to you, it isn't the only last patch which will focus on changes affecting the Warlock.
