In regards to sending in email to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com...
Who reads these emails and how thorough is an investigation, if any?
With the constant complaints seen on the forums about poor GM service and poor customer relations, sending in an email to this address seems like a waste of time.
In many cases, emails or in game mail received by players from GM's look to be just form letters. Some of them even give the impression that the GM who handled the ticket/situation did not even read the ticket in the first place. Other times, GM tickets are closed while the player is still online with an email sent to them stating:
"We appreciate your feedback and apologize for being unable to address your issue while you were online."
The player having received no in game notification from whichever GM handled the situation during the entire time they were online.
Do we have any assurances that emails sent to this address are:
#1 Being read in the first place
#2 Investigations are being made
#3 Appropriate actions/steps are being taken if such actions are warrented
#4 GM's are being replaced/re-trained if more then one complaint about them is made and found to be true/holds water
Signatures ARE NOT up to 128 characters. FIX THIS!

Several players have received responses from their eMails to this address, and I hope they'll speak up to confirm this.
The supervisors are the ones that read the concerns. They are investigated. I cannot go further into internal policy on this matter, but rest assured the issues you report are not ignored and the right people follow up on them.
