There have been a number of posts about Horde/Alliance talk, not to mention talk within your faction.
The skill screen was obviously designed to deal with learnable languages.
There's even an NPC in Maestra's Post who says how useful it is to speak orcish.
I understand it got cut due to time or budget... But it doesn't seem like it should be THAT hard to add in now.
Blue, are there any plans to implement learnable languages? If not, could you please let the people who make decisions like that know that it is something that people want?

We do not currently have plans to allow learnable languages.
