as i scroll through these forums i find it funny how when a certain person like you and i (the WoW players) ask for help or an answer to a question. whatever it might be, we never really get a straight answer. why is that? what i really find annoying is when someone asks a question pertaining to a server and its problems whatever it might be and all they get is a link. now for me i find that really annoying, lazy and rude. i understand that alot of people ask the same kind of questions and it gets repeated a bunch of times they just post a link and leave it at that. but is that not the "customer service" work description? i mean if this was a game that we did not pay for then id understand the "horrible" customer service and i quote, but this is a game we all pay for. why such horrible service? isnt that your job blizzard? i feel that everyone that posts on these forums ALWAYS get ignored in game also. always. now being a paying and respectable customer why do i feel like this? can you answer this blizzard? now i dont want a half answer. i want the full.

Often times we get asked questions that we are unable to answer with the details the asker would like. We are limited in what are are allowed to say. We are not trying to be rude or lazy, we are simply following the rules of the job.
