With this last patch you have introduced a very large number of crashes that boot us out to the desk top. Making us have to wait in a queue after every crash (especially when it hapens 95% of the time atfer you get a res) is getting very old.
Your player base isn't going to continue to wait for you to figure out how an MMO works. You are the absolute worst in customer service, support and server performance of ANY modern MMO and instead of fixing these kind of problems you simply add more and call them content patches.
Remove queues, reimburse for lost time by givnig us free character levels/tombs of xp/a free character at 30 and get this working before you force us to look elsewhere for a prodeuct that offers a real endgame solution to PvP.

Removing the queues would cause far more problems than you may believe -- they are there to increase stability and playability. As such, we are not removing the queues at this time.
