What forum issue are you referring to? If it's performance, we're aware the forums are performing poorly due to load. If you're referring to character selection, please see the stickied thread in the Technical Support forum regarding the issue.

I gave you information.
We're aware of the login and performance issues. Our web team is working on it.
We're aware of the character selection problem. The thread I linked to explains that.
We're working on a complete forum revamp but I do not have an ETA for you on that, as it requires a great deal of work.
