I have a resonable problems such as

I have been unable to play this game for 2 days now. At the begging, after downloading the patch, I was stoked to go see diremaul.
I jumped on the zep from UC to Orgr, at the loading screen it crashed saying disconected from server. Every time i try to log back in i get hte same message. I've deleted my WBD, WTF, and run the repair.
Under Character selection it has no location for my character.
I've had friends log onto my account they get the same thing.
Ive posted 12 times now, called customer service and been on hold for an hour (getting charged long distance. I've submited 3 in game tickets with no reasonable responce to any of them... Im at a loss for words right now as the frustration I am in. Seeing all my friends playing but not being able to log onto my main character... Will someone please help me... please..

I'm very sorry to hear that one of your characters is currently inaccessible. Unfortunately, the community team cannot assist with such issues. You will need to log into the game with another character and page a GM for assistance, using the petitioning system.
