Are forums monitored 24/7? I'm only asking this because it seems like at some times of day Blizzard does a pretty good job with responding to posts while other times there isn't a blue response in sight. It also seems like at some times of day Blizzard does a good job of locking posts while other times of the day the forums is out-of-control. In the event the forums aren't monitored 24/7, I really think they should be. How to do this? If you ever see a post that violates the Code of Conduct click the Biohzard symbol next to the post to report it.
Some times you see us answering more than others because we don't have to moderate as much. Other times you see us moderating more because people feel like spamming or trolling. Other times we are in meetings getting information for you.
