Believe it or not, you can report a CM by clicking on the biohazard sign above their posts. What does this mean? It means either two things: a) If you report a CM, it goes to the CMs, which obviously doesn't do anything or b) If you report a CM, it goes to another department. (Just for reference, Caydiem told me in another thread which was deleted that you should report a CM with the biohazard sign if you feel they didn't do their job or something along those lines)
So at first, option b) doesn't sound too bad. However, think about this: if the place where CMs get reported is the place where everyone else gets reported (which does seem to be the case), that explains why we never see results when we report someone. After all, by the time the correct information gets to the correct people (which seems to be quite a chore at Blizzard), the thread has already been deleted due to it being so deep in the archives. This either means the thread never gets locked which it should've when it was wasting space on the frontpage or it means the CMs just give up on punishing the person because they cannot verify the thread ever existed.
So, here's my suggestion for Blizzard: Reporting players should go directly to the CMs so that we can get results. Reporting a CM should go to another department. Or at the very least Blizzard remove the biohazard sign above a CM's post. If you're gonna try to trick us, at least do a good job.

Each and every post that gets reported is reviewed and action is taken as necessary. If you feel that we are not doing our job we are not above the law. If our posts are found to be in violation of the Code of Conduct we will be disciplined like anyone else.
