Subject: A very serious topic.
A few years ago I played this other MMORPG, where I met some guy who later became a really good friend of mine (in game), a few months later his wife dumped him and a couple of days later he was logged in this game and was telling me how he was going to commit suicide.
In that game I petitioned and the GM right in the spot contacted the authorities and gave them his information. The authorities found him OD on sleeping pills. He recovered thankfully and is still alive.

A few days ago he contacts me again and tells me he is now playing WoW in my server (Dragonmaw) and we start chatting and talking and playing like we used to in the other MMORPG.

However I'm scared that he might do this again, so my question is what are my options in case he tries to pull something like this?, in game ticket?, is there any chat?, phone?. I do not have ANY information about him (I know his name but he lives in Chicago, I bet there are 20 thousand people in Chicago named Robert).

So what do I do in that case? Do you guys have any policy?, having to wait 2-3 hours for a GM answer when he might not have 2-3 hours is something that scares the bejeezus out of me.
