i mean if high pop servers can have that, why not like normal pop servers? i have friends that play on differnet servers than me

The other posters are correct. The first iteration of realm transfers is to help balance the realm populations. As such, we are doing only high-population to low-population transfers across the realms with the highest population, and we are carefully monitoring the progress.

The list consists of the ten realms with the highest populations (based on active use, peak times, queue loads, etc.). We may offer more high-pop to low-pop transfers -- or other options -- in the future, yes.
