	If I, as a druid who doesn't have Parry, equip the Enchanted Battlehammer (http://wow.allakhazam.com/item.html?witem=12776) which gives me a 1% chance to parry... will I in fact get the Parry skill then? Or does it just work if I already have the skill? Edit; If yes; Will I be able to parry in Feral? [ post edited by Namid ]

	Increasing a skill set to 0 by any percentage keeps the skill set to 0. You must have the skill in order to gain that bonus. Beware of the Murloc
