Druids root, then moonfire (or starfire), root again, moonfire, root again, moonfire, repeat until dead.
This allows them to kill something literally without getting touched, because roots dont have diminishing returns like every other Crowd Control method in the game (excluding Frost Nova, which has a cooldown)
To fix this:
A: Give roots a cooldown.
B: Give roots Diminishing Returns.

Kelgann, both Entangling Roots and Moonfire expend mana, which is in limited supply each battle. Also, Entangling roots has a chance to break each time the victim of this snare takes damage. With this in mind, it is also only useable outdoors making it much more limited, as least in many PvE environments.
