I came across a door today in oldtown. I hovered over it and it said officer's door. Once I opened the door, I tried to walk in what looked like an instance and it said, "You must be a knight or higher rank to enter the Champion's hall".
There was also a vendor of sorts right next to the door. The name of the npc was "Accesories Quartermaster Areyn" I chatted with her which opened up your normal vendor box.. Except all the boxes were empty.
This Door was in Old Town near the Castle where warriors and rogues get training.
Could this be part of Battlegrounds?
It all makes sense after reading the reviews.

The Champion's Hall is related to one's rank in the PvP Honor system, actually. We shall see what Areyn has to offer as time progresses.
