Barkskin prevents interruption of channelled spells due to melee hits, also, from what I've seen.
And all current owners of Wildheart will see the change. :)

Being Horde, we almost always have a Shaman along because of the sheer abundance of Shaman out there. I have been the sole healer, though, and it changes the way I heal in some aspects. It's worked quite well though; I've managed to resurrect the tank in the middle of an Angerforge fight and it saved us all. ;) I have had some wipes -- everyone has -- but it doesn't frustrate me.
I can't say as to the eventual revamp of other sets, folks.

Does KICK, break casting with BARKSKIN? This has everything to do with PVP to me and killing rogues better. Cause if Kick does break the casting when it is on, perhaps you should rethink that.
Kick is an ability specifically made to interrupt spells, not a casting bar increase/decrease device as are normal melee hits. Yes, it still works. Barkskin does not make you immune.
