Hopefully one of the Blue's can pop in and offer some insight here. Looking over the new transfer policy I noticed the following statement...
"How did you decide what realms are eligible for moves?
Characters on the 10 realms with the highest populations are eligible to move to a low-population realm. The decision to disperse the populations on these realms was made to increase realm performance and to alleviate queues. "
Why is it that Silver Hand is not on the list. If its not the most populated, its in the top three I believe. If you are trying to eliminate queue's and downtime for players, these players _defintely_ needs to be offered the option to transfer.
Something seems screwy here. Please clarify Blizzard.

We used our internal numbers, monitoring overall active population, peak population, and queue load.
Our numbers are accurate. Third party sites use an imperfect method of determining population, and as such are inaccurate in comparison.

There are more issues across different realm subsets than you list, Thormek, and while you have been having issues (I do play regularly on one of the realms in that selfsame list you quote), the issues have been worse on other realms.
I understand your frustration, but there were more severely loaded realms that took precedence.
