Subject: Mage problems
I like my mage and theres nothing bad about them except one thing - being killed easily

Having cloth armour is fine except you cant take on 2 characters at the same time (same level or close to) unless you sheep one and use like half your mana (quite hard) and then use the other half on the other characer.

I know were supposed to do a lot of damge but we cant really do much in battles except stay far away which is really hard to do especially when someone resists all cold spells. And that frost nova has a long cool down (even with talents) and we cant even heal our selves.

Anyways i have some solutions but there is some ppl which think they are "overpowering"

My first suggestion is bring back the invisibilty spell.

second is allow some stronger cloth armour or something to heal ourselves with.

3rd is bring back the elemental summon - weaker then before to allow some damage on them

PPl will say "what about a critical hit from a pyroblast from no where. You could maybe have it for when casting you can be seen.

for leather armour - ppl will play mages not rogues maybe - who cares - we cant gank

and for elemental - ppl will play mages over warlocks or its unfair (damage dealer and pet) well we would be like hunters - good with pets - bad with out - we are only good with range
You cant spell Slaughter without Laughter

Mages are meant to be slightly vulnerable, Norpser. I would suggest posting in the Mage class forum to discuss strategy with other Mages that have been playing the class, as they will more than likely be able to provide you with some survival tips. Also, invisibility is being looked into by the development team, and I will be sure to provide an update as soon as additional information is available.
