We understand Volar, and we're working very hard to meet your expectations, as they're most certainly reasonable. While I realize that recent evidence would make it seem otherwise, we are actually making progress in the right direction, and believe that before long, the outstanding server issues that have been affecting our player base will be resolved. I'm most certainly aware that this type of messaging does nothing to ease anyone's frustrations especially during times of server tribulation, but I hope that at the very least you understand that your concerns are known by every indvidual here at the studio.
