We do care. I play on one of these affected realms -- I understand your frustration as a player.
I wish I could give you one glorious reason, point to it, and say "That's it right there. That's why the realms go down/have issues." I can't, because I don't have that.
The fact of the matter is that it isn't one thing, and the issues that are presented do not have easy solutions. We are working on finding the root cause of the problems you experience nightly. There is nothing we want more than to have you folks online playing in a flawless realm environment, with no lag and no issues. We're working towards that goal.
I do not enjoy having to tell you folks that there is maintenance. I don't like saying that there will be downtime. Despite what some players may think, I am not sitting by the network hub, unplugging the cable now and then while laughing malevolently. I'm here with you folks, and I feel for you. Our team is devoting as much time and resources as is possible towards fixing these problems.
EDIT: Thank you for changing the title. As evidenced by the subject of my post, I started posting on it before you changed the topic to caps. I am sorry you felt the need to do that to get attention, but it was not necessary.[ post edited by Caydiem ]
