We understand that you're frustrated, however, using language such as "X sucks" doesn't really help anyone. By expressing your frustration in a civil manner you give us the ability to understand where you're coming from more easily, and thus we can advocate your position readily.

Caydiem, did you even read his post? He was CIVIL and I hope you honestly do not have a hard time understanding where he is coming from.
He expresses a feeling that I'm sure is shared by many of the players on these servers, I for one relate to how he feels.
Just to fill you in, he never included the word "sucks" in his post, infact you and I are the only ones to include the word "sucks" in our posts in regards to this topic (so far).
A very poor response from a customer service rep.
