	This is a logical conclusion... For a while now we've been saying we're working on character transfers. This is the first step in using them -- the test realms. We are working on the user interface and particulars of which realms will be transferring where, but high-population to low-population realms are next on the transfer list. ;) - Caydiem - Assistant Community Manager
