Reporting
First of all, please keep reporting technical issues, but keep it to constructive methods. I can't promise this post will be continually updated, but I can assure you our technical teams are aware of the issues and working on them.
Disconnects
First of all I wanted to list the realms we are aware of suffering from repeated disconnects of large amounts of players. Please note that this list contains only English realms, and may not be complete as I don't have all technical data available.
Also, these suffesr from mass disconnects. As not all players on the realms are disconnected this is not a full realm crash.
Burning Legion

Al'Akir
As you may remember we had extended downtime on three realms, including Buring Legion, last maintetance for some extended testing. We hope to move forward with this matter during next maintetance, but I don't have any details nor is it certain the first changes will be done on all realms at the same time.
Lag
We're also aware of ongoing lag issues on most older and highly populated realms, especially affecting instances and in particular the raid instances and specific encounters in these. I'm afraid I have no update on these issues at the time. Just wanted to make it clear that we're aware of these and have been working on this for some time.[ post edited by Thundgot ]
