Unfortunately we do not offer the possibility to download World of Warcraft, so I'm affraid that I can not help you much on solving this problem. But if you have a friend who also plays World of Warcraft, you could maybe borrow the Game Discs from him in order to install the Game on your new computer!?

If you have the possibility to connect your old computer to your new computer with a network connection, you can copy the entire World of Warcraft game folder from your old computer to your new computer. By doing this you will be able to play the game on your new computer without the need of any Game Discs to install the game. (You can also copy the World of Warcraft game folder from a friends computer in case you no longer have the game installed on your old computer)

Q u o t e:
I think Blizzard used to have a policy on broken disks, where you sent it and a receipt in and got a new one. Or something like that...

That not happening any more?

As far as I'm aware that policy has not changed. :-)

Mahatma if you are interested in this, please contact our Technical Support team to get the procedure on how to exchange your broken game disc for a new one.

Q u o t e:
WoW doesn't seem to require any registry entries.

This is correct :-)

Q u o t e:
I've wiped my OS sometimes and all that's changed with WoW is that I don't have shortcuts for it on the desktop readily available.

This happened to me too, but then again that is not a big problem since it is very easy to create a new shortcut :-)
