We recently closed character creation on many realms to prevent further population increases in already highly populated data centres. This only applied to players not already having a character on the affected realms. Since then we have moved eight realms from the highest populated data centre, and the total population has dropped enough to re-open character creation on the realms in this centre.
The following realms have had character creation re-enabled at approximately 06:00 CET, January 27th:
