Which realms are eligible as destination realms is updated once per week, generally Wednesday afternoon.
To be eligible a realm must not be tagged as "Full", and either
1. have been opened as a migration destination realm, or
2. be at least 3 months old and have the Ahn'Qiraj gates open, or
3. be at least 6 months old.
