Since the other topic about is closed i'll start a new one in order to get a normal answer about this subject.
questions i (and many other people) would like some answers to:
Why is kor'gall placed in a battlegroup with a totally new server and not in a group equal servers (as in same grade of equippment on the players etc etc)?
Why does a 7 page topic gets locked (sure, it was really insulting to put a community team member's name in the topic name, i mean REALLY insulting.) without giving any answers about the questions and opinions posted there by 100+ players?
Horde players on kor'gall have queue's of 30+ mins for WSG/AB and around 2 hours queue for AV. Is putting kor'gall together with a totally new realms, which won't have any lvl 60's for the coming 2 months, blizzard's solution for this problem?
anyways, give us some answers rather than locking topics of angry players for the slight reason of "posting a community team member's name in the topic name".

I posted in the main thread that the split of the battlegroups is due to the realm infrastructure. The infrastructure was originally not made with cross-realm Battlegrounds in mind. As cross-realm Battlegrounds came close to implementation we decided to move some realms around to better accomodate for it, i.e. avoid too small Battlegrouns over time, but it's not perfect. Some realms have smaller battlegroups, and some are in groups that are yet to be fully filled up with realms. To make it perfect would probably mean both delaying the feature for quite a while and/or many days (week+) of downtime for everyone to competely restructure each WoW site to accomodate for this system.
The Kor'gall battlegroup has a potential of 10 realms, but these will have to be new realms added over time. We could have picked another realm for this group, of equal "age" as Kor'gall, but had to make a choice. The trade-off for Kor'gall is that the move placed the realm on new hardware, though I understand if this is little comfort at this point.
And that 7-page thread I locked was in no way insulting. It just broke with the extended forum guidelines. We make a point out of not rewarding such with a response. Don't like it? Then follow the rules. Simple as that.
