I would say that you should start grinding when you feel like it and avoid focusing on a specific level requirement before you start. On one of my characters I started to grind Timbermaw Hold faction when I was around level 50. I want to get that "Defender of the Timbermaw" trinket :-)

Q u o t e: Yeah and its sooo worth it. ;/
There are many opinions on this I know, but I think I will be a great trinket to have for bringing a surprise element into PvP fights :-)

Q u o t e: I started with a disadvantage. When travelling with a group in Az, someone decided it would be fun to kill a few camps of Furbolgs while the rest of us were doing a quest nearby. Didn't notice until it was too late :(
Too bad. I hope you managed despite of this.

Q u o t e: Dunno how you guys manage to grind for that trinket. I just fall asleep on the keyboard. Grinding HK:s in BG is bad enough but at least they now and then pull something surprising off ;D
There is plenty of random PvP going on in the Felpaw Village where I usually grind for Timbermaw faction. That usually makes things more exiting even though it slows down the grind a bit :-)
