I have an alt in a guild and the guild as a whole decided to migrate. the guild leader submitted a list by e-mail before the deadline so in case anyoen gets left behind they can migrate.
Now due to pages being down and also closing migration early my alt has not yet migrated.
I did what you have posted and send a message to a gm.
I got the following reply.
We cannot allow a transfer to any realm at the moment but it is something we are looking into as a paid service. If you had not made a ticket then you could of transferred him instead.
Now can someone explain that after I sent details that a guild list etc had been submitted why I can now not transfer this character. This GM seemed to have absolutely no idea of what to do.

We're right this moment updating the migration list to send to our GMs.
If you send a petition later today or tomorrow there shouldn't be a problem migrating.
Ps I checked our list and you're in it ;)

He has now send Thundgot a list of members as SOON as we knew migration was closing early as it was totally unforseen we'd be moving (he's very upset we had to!)
Could you see if Windrush is on that list, please? It would make us very very happy if he was.
I hope this doesn't turn into a trend, but yes, they're on the list :)
