Just wondering whats the lowest % you guys been getting on Ragnaros. Also what abilities have u encountered him using.

When ragnaros despawns after an hour, it's not a bug. The encounter is designed to have a limited window of opportunity.
With that said, I've heard feedback from various guilds that the window is currently too short. In an upcoming patch (not the Dire Maul one, the one after that), I've doubled his up time.
It should be noted that there were a few issues causing a "second try" to be more difficult than it should be. We've adjusted a few things so that if you wipe out during try 1, you're very likely to get a 2nd if not a 3rd try in a night.
