	Anything not flagged as "Raid" is 5 man. Basically, if you need to convert your group into a raid group, only "Raid" quests will be credited to your quest log. Just because Stratholme has a cap of 10, does not mean the quests can be completed with 10 people. In light of the upcoming caps to the dungeons, the quest designers reviewed their dungeon quests. For example, some of the rookery quests in Upper Blackrock Spire have been changed to Raid.
