What you're experiencing is an issue with customer service. I will email a link to this thread to the Customer Service department and hopefully, they can resolve the issue.

I did however pick up on a valid complaint that pertains to dungeon and raid design -- the desire for content that bridges the gap between the high level dungeons and mobs like Onyxia. We have a few proposals as to how we want to make this transition better and have begun on implementation. It will take us a little while to get that content in, but based on customer feedback, we agree that it's needed.
