We're in the process of updating the PTR's tonight. Hopefully, the new version will go live tonight, or worse case tomorrow morning.
We're still actively following the progress of guilds in both the 20 person zone as well as the 40 person zone. Please post comments/suggestions/concerns about the zones if you have any.

No patch tomorrow. We feel that the content is not quite ready to go live so we're updating the PTR's and spending more time tuning and bug fixing before release.
We want this to go live as much as you guys do.

I believe the desynching issues are addressed in tonight's build. Desynch issues were the number one issue on our priority list so if they weren't fixed in this build, they'll be fixed soon.

We think we've identified the synch issues. No update on when we can get the fixes on the PTR though.
As for Sartura's adds, we're tuning those as well. They'll have a new name too. Right now they are Qiraji Lashers which appear later in the dungeon. In an upcoming build, they'll have a new name and be tuned slightly different from the Lashers.
We're also looking into some Fankriss bugs and tuning issues.
