All to recently I've been seeing the horde warp around somehow... like they would be walking streight and then they woud like port back to some other place. While they are warping around it seems like they cant be attacked by melle.

It sounds like latency to me, Palliedan; however, your best bet would be to submit an in-game petition as soon as you notice a player performing these actions. When a Game Master receives your petition, they will investigate the character you have reported and take all appropriate actions. Good luck!
